GENERAL DELIVERY INFO

All orders are delivered by DHL Go Green.

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory e-mail.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods or before the holidays.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. We will endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible but cannot be held responsible for delays due to remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Sometimes your order may experience a slight delay. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be with you.

We ship Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Delivery times, costs and duties are dependent on your shipping location and will be displayed at checkout.

EUROPEAN UNION

  • DHL Standard
    14,99 Euro, free shipping on orders over 100 Euro
  • DHL Express
    shipping costs vary depending on the European country, typically ranging from 50 to 70 euros. Free shipping on orders over 250 Euro

REST OF THE WORLD

Currently, we do not provide automated shipping services for destinations outside the European Union.

RETURNS

PRODUCTS PURCHASED WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU):

Your purchase is subject to Dr. NGS GmbH as of the date of your purchase.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Dr. NGS GmbH, you may return the product in its original condition to us within two weeks (14 calendar days) from the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Products returned or exchanged must be unopened in their original packaging, and in unused condition. This includes original packaging. The original invoice and/or packing slip must be provided with any return.

To return a product, email order@drngs.com, to arrange for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number. RMA numbers allow us to track returns, and without an RMA number we cannot track that we have received a return from you and this can delay refunds. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping and handling charges, which will not be refunded.

To prepare your return package, please write your RMA number on the packing slip that was included with your Dr. NGS GmbH order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your return, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow two (2) billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
